Great customer service .
I had a great experience with Taunton Rental Center! From my first call with Kat to working with Kenny and the crew that came to set up! Ion, Chris, Guy and Devon were all professional, hardworking and contributed to suggestions during set up. From the tent placement to the dance floor they were patient and knowledgeable! They came during one of the hottest weeks to set up an incredibly large tent for a party of 130. I had a few chairs and one high top that I needed replacing and the guys came back and took care of it without issue! They even asked if I needed help setting up for the party as the weather was in the 90’s and we were working hard! I can’t say enough about this crew and Kenny answering my calls and getting it done! In this post Covid era where staffing is short and so many businesses have suffered I think it goes a long way to give a little grace. So while all of us want an amazing outcome on an important day remember you catch more flies with honey!
