“I cannot thank PetSmart enough! They helped me achieve my weeks long dream of buying a goldfish! I've had some horrible experiences trying to buy goldfish before (I'm looking at you Park Avenue Bird and Pet Supplies) so this was a very refreshing experience! The store itself was beautiful and full of adorable healthy creatures. The staff was out of this world amazing! I was directed expertly to my desired location, and they set me up perfectly to ensure my fish will live a long and fulfilling life! When my boy outgrows his bowl, you know where I'll be going for a replacemenThank you PetSmart for giving me my new best friend! **UPDATE** I regret to inform everyone that the best goldfish to ever live has perished. He was 3 days old. But we shouldn't measure his life by the number of days he lived, but by the number of lives he impacted. He was truly an inspiration to all who encountered him. “Our dog Minnie has been attending daycare 3x per week for about a year now, and I am so, so, so happy with everything about NPC! The pick-up and drop off service is really convenient, especially for families with busy schedules and/or young kids, like ours. Minnie always comes back from daycare happy and exhausted! We have also used NPC's boarding services for anywhere from 1 night to several weeks at a time. I have never once worried about her care or wellbeing while she is staying at NPC. The owners are incredibly kind, caring people who treat Minnie like she is their own dog. Absolutely no cold, lonely cages like most boarding places use. Instead, Minnie gets to be comfortable on the couch with her second family while we are away. NPC really treats all of their customers and their pets as family; I feel very lucky to have a service like theirs in the neighborhood! NPC has been an absolute godsend during busy or stressful times for my family (the birth of my son, or my cross-country travels due to my mom's cancer diagnosis) -- my dog receiving high quality, reliable care is a given, because we know that NPC is there to help.“
“I was desperate to get my newly adopted dog opal bathed. I broke my finger the day after I got her and could not bathe her. I call roger. He was booked but took us anyway. Needless to say opal came back beautiful and smelling clean. Thank you rogers pet grooming!!“
“My cat, Riley, recently had his annual wellness visit. The staff recognizes him as a regular patient and they are well aware of his frequent dental issues and his nasal issues due to his flat nose. The doctor remembered his last emergency visit when she had to adjust his third eyelid and asked if there had been any more incidences. Riley definitely gets personal treatment from the entire staff and they have my total confidence.“
