They were the only groomer I could find to take my cat! It seems like no one else in the area is taking cats. And they gave me an appointment that week! Felicity had a few mats and needed to have a shave. They did such a good job with her, she looks and smells greats! Definitely coming back.

We were grateful to get in with fairly short notice. Marco was the only one in and he was so gentle and caring with our havanese. The cut was just how we asked for it to be. Recommend coming here as it was not chaotic like some grooming places.

We adopted a cat who was severely matted and wanted to have him shaved and groomed as soon as we could on a Sunday, not expecting to find someone who could take him right in that day. VIPet not only took him in, but asked us go back with our cat at first to make him feel comfortable which showed how much the owner cared first and foremost about the cat. He was so patient with our cat and did a wonderful job, he is truly a different animal with all the matting removed and was not even remotely stressed when we got back home. Thank you so much!
