My girl loves it! She gets so excited when we pull in. I have such anxiety about leaving her but this place puts me at ease and I just don't worry. I know she's safe and well cared for. It's not your average dog care place. This place is top notch. You get what you pay for! It's worth every penny.

There is not enough space to write how much we love SDI and all the wonderful Aunties . Paxton has flourished from a very shy puppy to a vibrant , loving and playful pup with the help and love from SDI. He’s been part of this amazing “family” for over 2 years - I couldn’t have asked for better care and love for my baby boy . Thank you Aunties for all you do -completely above and beyond what we could’ve ever imagined .We love you ! Here’s to many more Paxton Hugs !Paxton and Sage

Stone Dog Inn is amazing! My pup had only visited 2 times (each time for 1/2 day). This last time, Loki ? was booked for a full day, as we were moving my daughter into college 2 hours away. During the move in process, I quickly realized that I wasn’t going to make it back to pick up Loki before closing time. I panicked. I called Stone Dog Inn and they were nothing short of accommodating, understanding and compassionate. They reassured me that Loki was fine and suggested that he spend the night. They supplied a bed and food for Loki and emotional support for me. Stone Dog Inn took a stressful situation and helped to make it less stressful and I am so grateful for them!

Stone Dog Inn & Spaw is owned and operated by Nikki Brey Ribeiro, an avid dog lover with years of experience in the field of animal care. After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Sociology, Nikki decided to follow her passion of working with animals. Nikki worked in the pet care industry as a Dog Walker, Animal Shelter Volunteer, Groomer, and Veterinarian Technician before deciding to open a cage-free alternative to dog boarding. As well as being knowledgeable in animal medicine, Nikki & her team are Pet First Aid, CPR certified! At Stone Dog Inn, Nikki and her team personally care for every dog and ensuring comfort under 24-hour supervision.
