Northwoods Medical Center offers telehealth video visits for patients' convenience. The facility has ample parking near the entrance, a large lobby, and provides a variety of services. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Located minutes from downtown Taunton and easily accessible from the Bay St I-495 exit, patients have had very good experiences at Northwoods Medical Center, recommending it to others.

My experience with NP Francois and her staff was phenomenal! She has a compassionate demeanor and listens carefully to every concern, answering questions and placing referrals. Highly competent, professional, and knowledgeable- I highly recommend this provider to anyone with minor or complex health issues…she is prepared to handle it all
I used Quest Diagnostics at Northwoods Medical. It was quick, clean and the staff is friendly. Much better service than a few years ago when they were in the basement (now they are on the main floor).
They have improved a lot.
