ENT specialists of Taunton and specifically Dr. Shah are top notch. Office is run efficiently, communication is awesome. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Shah spends time with you, answers questions, and I never feel rushed. I feel very fortunate to have them and Dr. Shah as my ENT health providers.
It was relatively easy, considering how busy doctors are, to get timely appointments and follow up consults. The medical and office staff were competent and friendly. Dr. Shah was exceptionally thorough and he and his staff provided additional information about resources.
Finally got an answer to why I have been having vertigo! I'm not sure why ENT is not the 1st place they send you when you experience vertigo, but I'm glad to finally have an answer to this issue 9 months after it started lol Staff and doctors were all very friendly. I only sat in the waiting room for like 5mins tops so another bonus :)
