36 Gooding Ave, Bristol“This was my introduction to yoga. I took my very first class here about a month ago when I first became interested in yoga. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't a great idea to jump into a one and a half hour hot yoga class for my very first session as I struggled to keep up and was sweating like crazy, but despite all of that, I still loved it and have been doing hot yoga classes ever since at a studio closer to my house. The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. Overall a great yoga studio for anyone in the Bristol area!“

600 Old Somerset Ave #2, North Dighton“This is the best place for pilates and physical therapy. I had surgery on my rotator cuff and with the help of the professionals there, I was able to recover all of the movements of my arm.
I feel pretty lucky to have found them!
Pilates is also offered and the instructora are amazing!
I highly recommend it!“

“I live in Florida six months of the year. I have been working out for many years in Florida. I have changed gyms more than a half a dozen times due to lack of cleanliness, lack of commitment from ownership/ equipment broke down all the time.
Not only do I highly recommend Swansea Total Fitness, I realize and appreciate the commitment of ownership. There’s pieces of equipment I’ve seen here at STF that I’ve never seen anywhere else.
The staff is equally committed. The location is always well maintained. The atmosphere is great. What more can I say?
Look no further!
