Not only do I highly recommend Swansea Total Fitness, I realize and appreciate the commitment of ownership. There’s pieces of equipment I’ve seen here at STF that I’ve never seen anywhere else.

“This was my introduction to yoga. I took my very first class here about a month ago when I first became interested in yoga. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't a great idea to jump into a one and a half hour hot yoga class for my very first session as I struggled to keep up and was sweating like crazy, but despite all of that, I still loved it and have been doing hot yoga classes ever since at a studio closer to my house. The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. Overall a great yoga studio for anyone in the Bristol area!”

“This is the best place for pilates and physical therapy. I had surgery on my rotator cuff and with the help of the professionals there, I was able to recover all of the movements of my arm.
I feel pretty lucky to have found them!
