Erin is a knowledgeable and passionate instructor. My workouts at Alignmentz Pilates are the highlight of my week. Erin has an in-depth understanding of the proper form and technique, and provides excellent cues to ensure you are working at your level. Three years ago I could barely move. Erin's supportive environment has motivated me to push myself. I've seen tremendous improvements in my strength, flexibility and body awareness thanks to her expert instruction. I highly recommend her studio and classes!
