Excellent. We had a frozen drain pipe in one of our showers and were waiting for Roto-Rooter to arrive. They called and said that their technicians don't do frozen pipes and they don't have any plumbers. I called Dowd Plumbing in a pinch after a snowstorm. Artie at Down was a huge help, admitted that his plumbers had been gong all night and that they needed to sleep. He patiently listened to my story and gave me perfect advice. The ice melted and he didn't need to come out and didn't charge us for his time on the phone talking me through our issue. I will definitely call Dowd first next time. Honest and professional!
