Our AC stopped working during a heat wave. Guy was here twice to troubleshoot it and maintain our AC. He was punctual every time, got work down quickly, and was really great at being transparent with us about what was going on with our system, and to go through options that would make the most sense financially and based on our lifestyle. Will be calling him again for any cooling/heating needs.
Eric was wonderful! He was on time and respected the cleanliness of my home. He put his booties on and off, depending, if he was in the attic, in the basement, or just on the regular floors of my home! He is such a gentleman, and so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
The technician Brian M. was excellent! He showed up early, very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and was very patient with answering questions. Sila is lucky to have Brian as part of their team.
