Raffie was pleasant and efficient in identifying the reason our a/c stopped working, a plugged up drain. He came early afternoon to respond to our call to Sila after hours just last night, so Sila gets credit for that. The work was within warranty so cost us nothing. Thank you Raffie and thank you Sila!
Ralphie gave my HVAC system a thorough overview, which was the service I had requested. He responded to questions quickly and precisely, showed me how to purge air from my heating line — and did so as a complimentary service —, and highlighted issues (e.g. water heater replacement and A/C cleaning) with estimates of urgency and price, all without pushing any more service on me. He is an excellent communicator and very pleasant to interact with.
I can’t speak highly enough of the senior technicians I’ve interacted with from Sila. Rob was especially friendly, informative, helpful, and patient in explaining the intricacies of our modern AC system with us.
