This place is awesome! I’ve been a member for a few months and it’s the best gym I’ve been to. The vibe is welcoming to anyone of any level of fitness, they offer a ton of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, bikes, treadmills, punching bags, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, racket ball, yoga, Pilates. This place has it all and it’s conveniently located right by route 95 in a shopping plaza thst has a bunch of good restaurants and stores. I recommend everyone workouts here. No judgment, everyone’s cool. Place is great
