Luis was extremely pleasant to work with, and his quote was reasonable as well. We had gutter guards, and also had to install a copper strip. I am very happy with all aspects of this work, including the warranty and the quality of the shingles. He and his crew are very efficient, and finished the work in one day. I will be personally recommending him to all my friends and neighbors.

IMA and Luis were recommended to me by an architect friend when my condo association agreed we needed to replace our old roof. We got several bids and it was clear that Luis was by far the most prepared to deal with the complexities of our project as we are three attached townhouses with dormers, skylights etc. He also gave us the best price and work schedule. He and his crew were prompt, prepared and worked so hard to complete our project before an impending storm. They addressed every concern we had with efficiency and competence.
