I went to Chase Orthodontics for a consult regarding Invisalign braces. A crackerjack hygienist who work with Dr. chase recommended Him to me. I went for a consultation and decided to move forward with Invisalign treatment with Chase Orthodontics. Dr. Chase and all his staff are professional, efficient helpful and patient. After just two days of having my teeth trays, the inside of my cheek was being rub raw. I called the office and got an appointment for the next day. I was not made to feel like a baby or belittled in anyway for this concern. Dr. Chase removed one anchor which are attached to the teeth to keep the trays in place. My experience has been very positive and I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr Chase and his staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive from day one. I am currently completing an invisalign treatment with them and could not be more satisfied. Throughout the process Dr Chase has provided me with answers to all of my questions and the admin team has really supported me even with things such as mailing me elastics with a personalized note 🙂.
