I’ve been taking Pilates classes for about four months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a life-changing experience. Before starting, I was very nervous because I’m overweight and didn’t feel confident enough to join. I also have knee issues, which made me hesitant. But from the very first class, Laura made me feel completely comfortable.
She is incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. She takes the time to understand my body’s needs and always adjusts the exercises so they are safe and effective for me. She’s also very mindful of my knee, giving me modifications that help strengthen it without causing pain.

This is a beautiful space, that is well maintained by staff. Laura is an amazing trainer, who pays attention to my form and performance while informed on my personal fitness history and her expertise in pilates and the body. She makes sure everyone is comfortable but motivated to give their best during our sessions. I appreciate the energy and knowledge she guides you with. This place also has access to equipment I love to use to supplement my pilates sessions. It has been great to feel my strength and flexibility increase with the help of BareFitness.
I started going to Laura’s group training classes since the beginning of the year for both Pilates and Personal Training. She is attentive in guiding me through all of the sessions and is always focused on correction of posture and form rather than just getting the reps in.
