I like my NP here. Smart kind and caring and I appreciate that. It's hard to find a decent doctor and I'm grateful that Mason Square is my provider. There's a few different offices and providers inside. It can get busy but I'd rather wait to see a good doctor who is thorough and it's usually no more than 10 minute wait so that's pretty good compared to other places I've been to before. I like this place and that says a lot bc I don't do doctors but they make it comfortable and easy.
I have been going to Mason Square for years and the service I get has always been good.Dr Munos has been my doctor for more than ten years and I adore her. Very professional and caring.
This clinic is so disrespectful...if you arrive 15 minutes late they cancel your appointment and reschedule it....BUT if you get there on time, the doctor will see you an hour later or more.
