I had an appointment on June 17 and when I was checking out I asked the receptionist for a write up on my visit. I was assured that it would be sent out within a week. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten it. I need that for my CDL physical in two weeks. This has happened every year for the last 6 years. Last year I had to go there to get it. This is it acceptable

Excellent medical care and drs. I have been very happy with Dr Arcello and Dr Ibrahim. Professional, curtious, throughout and takes the time you need with them to understand everything. They listen to your concerns and explain what you need. The ultrasound team has been wonderful too
