I was going here for years and always had a normal clinic experience. This year was very different and very unprofessional. I made the decision to change my PCP and it was a great decision that I don’t regret. My partner still goes here and his recent experience for the past 3 months has also been very unprofessional, for example it took a whole month to get paperwork back that they couldn’t find at first. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Jamie Miller is just a horrible. Threatened to call CPS on me!! Making me go in agian and again to get sons bloodwork done it was so unnecessary . He was a little yellow because he had jaundice and he got blood work done out two times already I wanted to wait and see if it would go away on his own . And they would keep pushing me and calling Repeatedly every single day. Jamie Miller Called me and threatened to call CPS on me if I didn’t bring my child in. Horrible right? Its like I had no choice. As a first time, my mom was traumatized. And guess what when we came in no one was waiting for us. I went to this office for many years and they were always excellent! The only I stopped going there was because I moved far enough a closer office was better for me. I am quite shocked by many of the other comments, those comments just don’t describe the experiences I had there. I can’t speak to how they are now, but when I used to go there, you always had some damn Karens making problems with the staff.
