Went in there today to pick up my first time bi focal glasses paid 500.00 for them. Put them on and immediately felt sick from wearing them! I told the lady that was attending me that I could not wear them, as I suffer from vertigo and the sudden movement/change in the bifocal was triggering my vertigo. She said that it would take time to get use to and I tried to explain again, that I could not get use to it as it was triggering the vertigo. I asked for my money back and she refused and said she could not give me my money back. It took me months to save up for these damn glasses only not to be satisfied with them. Was given the wrong prescription. Had to have a new refraction to find out. Although told that it had been the wrong prescription, still had to pay for refraction and new prescription.

How can a lot of Providers are not accepting mas health insurance so what’s the point for the commonwealth to even be providing Health insurance!
Or even have Doctors coming to Massachusetts to practice their medicine if they can reject patients?
Does not make sense at all…
