Dr. Bausch was wonderful with my Mom. He took the time to explain everything in detail and getting an appointment in a matter of days was helpful. The wait time and duration of the visit was minimal. The office staff was courteous & professional. Without hesitation we would recommend Dr. Bausch for all your optical needs.

Been going here for years beautiful family owned business with great customer service never had an issues. Also only place that takes most of the state insurance for the glasses.

When I arrived there a couple people there before me so I sat and comfortable chair waited my turn. I had an eye exam scheduled so after just several minutes of waiting my turn I was greeted very politely and enthusiastically, I was brought to see the doctor the doctor was great he explained what he was doing showed me the pictures of the back of my eyes put me at ease for my worries of damage and when he got done with the prescription in the machine I was able to read even the smallest bottom lines amazing. He also explained what was going on in the mechanics of the eyeball which I found very interesting. Diabetes runs in my family so we took a good look at the back...read full review
