We had an unknown issue at my parents home, we gave Marlborough Pest Control a call and they sent a tech out to take a look. They found the issue and it turned out to be a simple issue, we were told what to do stop it.
The other good news is their termite protection plan that Mom signed up for years ago worked perfectly, no evidence of termites were located at this time. Good choice Mom!

“I hire catseye as a monthly service to assess for rodents/set traps up for mice. As a service, cats eye employees are extremely professional & punctual. They will walk through the house with you and give recommendations as they see fit/discuss the level of activity seen with you. My only complaint is the cost is a bit high given it has a monthly cost & the employees typically come to assess every other month rather than once a month. I thought we had a big mice problem when we initially moved into our house (we saw two mice in one day), but now only 1 mouse a month or so is getting found. Considering we don't have much of a mice problem, the cost is a bit steep, BUT I think it would be well worth it if you do have more of a problem. It is nice to not have to think about setting up traps on your own, and great for the peace of mind anyways :)“
