“I had such a great experience at this place! I’m 38 weeks pregnant and was having major lower back and shoulder pain. Scheduled a 60 minutes prenatal massage and it was amazing. “I've been seeing Tracy for massages at Hand & Stone for about four years now, and at this point I refuse to let anyone else deal with the knots I've collected from life. She's amazing, always knows exactly where the problem areas are, and somehow manages to make me feel like a functioning human again every time I leave.

Today I had my very first facial with Rebecca, and DAMN, I get the hype now. She was so kind, explained everything, and had my skin feeling smoother than it has any right to be. I left glowing and spent the rest of the day looking for excuses to check my reflection.

“Today I walked into 1604 Salon in order to help my sister tackle a very delicate situation involving her hair. We were met with immense kindness, understanding, and incredible patience. From the beginning our stylist Cheryl brought in Danielle and Nicole to come up with a game plan in order to salvage as much of my sister’s hair as possible. From there Cheryl, who ended up sticking with us from beginning to end, and Danielle tackled what seemed like an impossible task. The result, a beautiful new hairstyle that my sister absolutely loves. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all of the staff at 1604 Salon. Everyone who walks through their doors is greeted with warmth and a smile. We will definitely be back!“

“I called Makeover Salon today hoping to book a cat-eye manicure and pedicure. The woman on the phone informed me they don’t do any of that “fancy stuff” and offer regular manicures and pedicures.

Which left me slightly confused by the name. It’s called Makeover Salon, but apparently the makeover is to make everyone look regular.

The staff member was polite, but if you’re looking for nail art, cat-eye polish, or trendy designs, this may not be the place for you. If you’re looking for a classic, simple manicure and pedicure, they seem happy to keep things traditional. I can’t really write an honest review because I haven’t experienced their services except for this phone call That just really threw me off this review is based on that phone call alone. Maybe she was misinformed. I don’t know, but I was excited to try this place till that phone call.“
