Hand & Stone is a game changer! Staff is wonderful and made my experience absolutely fabulous! My skin is the best it's ever been! Manager Maureen explains facial services, detailing each service wonderfully! Front desk staff continues to treat me like family! Julianna my skin care specialist is amazing! Explaining what is being done in realtime! I have continued education on how to properly execute a proper skin care routine and am supplied with knowledge of the products to use and when to use it! Phenomenal massage (Antonio was very good) and excellent facial as well. The location looked brand new, clean, and festive for the holiday season. The staff was very friendly - would highly recommend.

The massage was great however I have to say the facial was pretty bad. My skin felt clean after however the person giving me the facial was pretty rude. Kept saying your skin is dry, your skin is dry. Like lady I get it stop saying that. And when I was talking she kept rubbing product around my mouth that I tasted it. I know sometimes facials are slightly painful when they extract things but I honestly thought it would be more relaxing and with less criticism ??‍♀️??‍♀️
