I asked a question about nail color when I first arrived and after they learned why I was asking, they recommended a wellness pedicure for me instead even though they lost money with the switch. Donna was amazing! Willing to chat when I invited conversation and happy to let me be when I wanted to close my eyes and soak into the massage chair.
