I cannot say enough about Alba Med Spa, The owners Pam & Jamie are friendly and easy to talk too and so well informed. I didn't feel pressured they just gave me the options and let me choose. Really great experience!! Alba Med Spa has great deals for first time customers. Just a great place all around.

Amazing customer service from this husband and wife duo! I came here for lazer hair removal but after 2 sessions I realized I was not a good candidate for their machine. I thought my money was lost but Jamie agreed to give me the whole amount in Botox credit. Jamie is wonderful with Botox injections. Super knowledgeable and informative. Unlike very many places I've had it done previously, his results last the longest. I've been back twice since then. It's quite a hike for me from Newton, but totally worth it!
