I started researching yoga studios to add in studio classes to my practice (I’ve been in love with this form of ‘health care’ since 1985!- I highly recommend it ;) & Serenity is a great comfortable place to enjoy multiple style/class offerings . I’m grateful for their special kickoff the new year offering in January, 2 weeks unlimited for $25 (vs$49), i must say that is what caught my eye ?️ ! Great promotion Michele! See u in class ?

There's something for every one and every level here. I tried a few things before I settled on Chair Yoga. It's a great hour of stretches, movements, and introspections and perfect for people with balance or mobility challenges. I'm so glad I was introduced to yoga as a discipline, and to Serenity in particular.

Serenity Yoga has been an amazing experience from the first time I visited to this morning's yoga class. Warm, friendly and inviting, all of the instructors have their own style which provides a great variety of classes. Starting a regular yoga practice has been a positive force in my life!
