From the initial design consultation, to measuring, and finally installation the process was easy and efficient. My experience with Inaugural Home Improvement was wonderful from start to finish. Joel explained all the options available for a step-in shower. He mentioned that part of the material they use is given the Good HouseKeeping seal of approval. Appointment setup with Jocelyn was smooth as well as my answered questions. The workman arrived on time. The first step they did was to protect my floors. They worked as a team and answered every question I asked. They were very friendly and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend this company.
