Home efficiency assessment was done cost-free under MA Save guidelines and in a very professional and thorough manner. Eddie explained the entire process thoroughly and went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best possible outcome.
Christopher took his time, walked throughout the house. Told me about the process on the installation, what is going to be done and what i need to do before installation. Can't wait!! Thanks Chistopher!
Chris T. from American Installations performed a complete and thorough Home Energy Assessment on my home on 4/30/2026. Chris was very personable, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He inspected the inside and outside of my home that included but not limited to inspecting my HVAC system, HWH, roof, vents, washer/dryer, stove, etc. He inspected the insulation in my attic, the sill pad in the basement, doors, and concerns that I had brought up to him during the assessment.
Chris explained the findings of the assessment with me, areas in need of insulation, and scheduled the installation date of the products we discussed.
