If it were possible to give a 10 star review I would! From the first interaction with the company to the last day of our install, we are blown away with their customer service. Scheduling an appointment for a consultation was easy and intuitive on their website. Both my wife and I work jobs where we don’t have the luxury of being home during the day. PHC sends a text when they’re dispatching someone to the house making it incredibly convenient to know when you need to make it home. Beau to do our quote and was super helpful, giving us multiple different options and using his experience to help us make the right decision. Once we secured our HEAT loan we were quickly scheduled in. The first day of our install the whole team showed up right on time and were extremely polite. Each member introduced themselves to me and shook my hand and showed the same respect to my wife which was awesome. I left my phone number on the counter and was able to leave feeling comfortable with strangers being in our house. Cody contacted me with questions and accommodated my busy work schedule. On the third and final day of our install they went over all the functionality of the mini-splits and water heater. They gave me tips on what maintenance needs to be done, but didn’t push it on me like a salesman. Every single day of the job they cleaned up, leaving NO mess at all. They wore foot coverings in the house and were respectful of our belonging. All aspects of the company impressed us and I could not be happier with their professionalism.
