It was my first time here and I didn't know what to expect [since I recently moved to Boston with my pup]. However, everyone was very kind and professional.
The front desk was patient with my pup [who was a little nervous, as is the case with going to a new vet] and offered her treats to calm her down.
I loved how gentle and loving Dr. English was to my pup. Luna [my pup] was a little nervous initially, but Dr. English took the extra time to play with her [belly rubs work every time..haha] and make her comfortable and then did a thorough evaluation.

For the most part I have received wonderful service for the past 10 years for my two dogs. However I called about a month ago as my dog was very sick and the person on the phone was very dismissive. I went again recently and the tech with the purple hair was impatient, short with me and she acted really annoyed that I had additional questions.
The staff here are excellent. As you walk in you always get a warm welcome to check in. The techs and doctors are attentive to any concerns about your pet and will patiently answer any questions. I have been going to Porter Square vet for 17 years and they helped my cat and I navigate some difficult health problems. With their care and advise my cat was with us for another 5 years which is an amazing blessing. Dr. Moderi is wonderful.
