Tonight my pickup was a little late and I emailed rather than calling, and they called me within probably 30 seconds of me hitting send to say they’d gotten my email and to provide an update. The laundry service itself is perfect too. You estimate the weight but they charge you on the real weight. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but the fact that they charged me less than the estimate shows they’re honest too! Tremendous experience every time from start to finish.“

“Orlan’s shop was recommended to me from a wedding dress store. He was able to make alterations to the top or my wedding dress and it came out perfectly. They only do one type of bustle here so I had to bring that somewhere else to have done, but the alterations that were done were done well. Orlan’s communication and kindness was also very appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the way they place the pins was a little scary, they were placed on the top of my dress for the hem measurements instead of the bottom. I’ve never seen that done before. They said when the material is steamed the fabric comes together and doesn’t leave holes but I would def ask questions and determine how they will mark the dress for measurements before hand for peace of mind.“
