Very professional. Gave me a 9-11am timeframe and called me at 9 to tell me he was 5-10 minutes out. Came at 9:10am and fixed the outdoor spigot in a timely manner. Would check in every now and then if I had any questions or concerns.
I had Dave come through on a last minute weekend call. He was great and professional and saved us a lot of heartache. Would definitely call back for any further plumbing issues here in South End Massachusetts
I had an excellent experience with green tech. I submitted the request for service form on their website and got a call less than 30 minutes later. They were able to come the next morning. Hector was very professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed my shower issues quickly and competently.
