Dave installed two central air units (two separate zones) including duct work in April/May of this year. We have a house that was built in 1917 and had multiple extensions done - so not a straightforward job. I waited to leave this review until the summer was over to give an accurate account of the overall work.Overall: we couldn't be happier with the service that we got.Quoting process: Alewife air came by quickly in response to our quote request. Our central AC compressor cut out in the middle of the night during a heat wave (multiple FEMA heat alerts). I called David first thing in the morning, he was at the house by 2:30pm, he diagnosed a fan motor that was seizing after start-up, he drove to Carrier's parts center and picked up a new motor, installed it in a torrential rain storm, and had the system up, running, and cooling the house by 6pm! He was always kind, courteous, and kept in touch through out the day as to his schedule. I couldn't ask for better, and more prompt service. Thank you David, you're the best!
