I made a 9am appointment to have my hair braided. When I arrived, nobody was available to braid my hair because the braider was double booked with a long appointment. I was able to find another shop to braid my hair, but it took me a while to find a same day appointment. I was disappointed, especially because it seems like they do great work. Two stars because the other reviews are positive about the high quality work.

A few days ago I needed a hair color. I called to schedule an appointment. I told her I have to travel on Wednesday and I was running out time. Even if it was late she schedule my appointment and my hair color was amazing she was so patient to make sure my gray hair was covered and match the same hair color. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend this salón. Also stress relief massages are out of this world. Thanks again.
