Unfortunately I will never go back. I scheduled an appointment the day prior. We agreed on the time. I arrived the next day and was met with an uneasy attitude. She seemed annoyed. I should’ve just left then, but I really needed my hair done. I specifically asked for a certain style and size braids. I showed a picture. I confirmed the picture. She said ok. And proceeded to do the very opposite. The style was just a bit too tight the following day. I actually had a headache, so I took them out and called her about the issue. She could care less. $200 down the drain. Will never see me again ✌️

Hair looked really nice once finished but the process was terrible. Hair was ripped and pulled to a point that my head was extremely sore and I was light headed (I've been getting my hair braided since 10 years old and have never felt this way before). Too much hair was used making braids extremely heavy putting even more pressure on the scalp. Worried about losing the hair I waited so long to grow. Hairdressers were so short tempered I was worried about advocating for myself for fear of worse treatment of my hair (previous customer was clearly also in pain)

Horrible experience. No use of heat protectant and reschedules your appointment. Rude service and horrible results. My hair was done unevenly and she messed up my ends. Extremely overpriced and would not recommendService: Braids

Sis, sir! Go elsewhere pls. Owners kid had the most disgusting behavior, attitude and was just plain rude. They made the whole process so unbearable, I’ve not had an experience that left me this bad of a taste in my mouth for some simple twists. Just forget it. Go elsewhere
