I joined this gym about a year and a half ago. It has kept me engaged, motivated, and working towards better fitness in all ways, strength, cardio, flexibility. Coaches are great and help you learn how to do the movements propertly. The other gym members are so supportive, no matter what your fitness level. I've not kept with any fitness program before this. I started as a fat tub of goo and now I'm a less fat tub of goo, but trending in the right direction and motivated to keep coming!

I dropped into commonwealth for a lift off event and I really enjoyed it! The community was amazing and really welcoming. However, I got really excited about matching a Snatch PR after not doing crossfit for a year so I slammed the bar down. Which I've done at a lot of crossfit gyms, with coaches not saying anything about it. After all, we're lifting and pumping each other up! One of the owners told me to cut it out, which all of the members around me were confused by. They said this has never been a rule at all. So that really rubbed me the wrong way. Joined about a month ago and have been loving it. The community is super welcoming and the coaching is top notch. Lots of class offerings throughout the day, including a very early morning one (5:30!) for those of us who want to exercise before early starts at work. This is the only crossfit gym I've been to but I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
