Hired for a single family house with mansard roof. Crew was great to work with, owner was open and honest about problems and listened to my concerns about where things could/should go. (vent pipe was partially blocking, needed drainage only on one side, etc...)
In the end, work was amazing and done with minimal fuss.

Chris Sennott and his crew did an excellent job putting on our new roof last week! Throughout the process of getting the estimate and scheduling the job, Chris was straightforward and very responsive by email and phone, and his pricing was quite reasonable based on the other bids that we received (plus he didn't push us to replace things that were still in decent shape). The job ended up getting delayed slightly due to inclement weather, but Chris kept us up-to-date on the revised ETA, and there's nothing you can do about rain! Once we finally had some good weather, the Carroll Sons crew was super efficient (finished the whole job in 1 day!) and they did a... read full review
