I've been training at BIB, twice a week, every week for about a year. I had never done training before this.

Working with the trainers at Built in Boston helped me get back in shape after an injury and several years of being too sedentary. They have customized a fitness program that was perfect for my age and goals and they always give helpful tips about form- I have built my strength back up without any injury- almost a miracle at my age!
