I had a rotted out shed that needed repair (mainly because it is attached to my house). The KOD team were quick and efficient and got the project done in half a day. They were great with pricing and worked within budget which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely use KOD again. Communication was great and I felt very much in the loop along the way. 2nd floor exterior deck needed to be replaced due to leak. Unlike other contractors, they did not come out directly to inspect the place prior to providing an estimate because Kebert, the contractor, said he had a good idea about cost and material. He did come out though if there was a verbal commitment to go with him and his team. Based on the other offers, I decided to go with KOD. He came out and inspected the place as other contractors did and a payment was made at 50% of the project estimation.Kebert's license checked out as official and unexpired. Kebert was exceedingly responsive and reliable. He was able to quickly do high quality work. He did a partial kitchen remodel for me and it ended up looking gorgeous. I would highly recommend!
