I called on a Sunday worried because my tenant had partial electricity in the unit. Doug asked the right questions, offered his advice and suggested I wait till Monday to avoid charging me more money. I waited till Monday and he was prompt, finished the job at a moderate time and charged me a very modest amount. Thanks to Doug I was able to sleep soundly and most importantly my tenants were happy.
