The space is clean and neat and I’ve had a positive experience overall with the massages here. Like others have said, however, the folks at the front desk are WAY TOO pushy about insisting you get a membership. You come out of your massage nice and relaxed, only to have it replaced with frustration as they try to shove the membership down your throat. They ask invasive questions like, “What’s holding you back [from getting a membership]?” and become brusque and cold once they realize they’re not going to get you to sign up. Suffice to say, I will NEVER be getting a membership mainly due to the unprofessional and brazen manner in which they relentlessly ignore when I politely say I’m not interested.

I went in today to buy a gift card for my mom for Mother’s Day. While I cannot speak on the actual massage, the customer service at this location is amazing. I spoke with Greg at the front desk, and he was very well spoken and knowledgeable about the company. While we ran into a problem with a promo, everyone was happy to help and all very friendly. Thank you!!

Despite confirming twice days prior, they lost my massage reservation. They were able to book us when we showed up but it caused my 60 massage to be cut short because of the confusion while still charging full price.

I had to go through 3 therapists to actually find one who could help me. Stephanie is amazing! She’s very nice and was able to finally relieve the knots in my shoulders. The perfect medium pressure. I am very pleased with her and will definitely book with her again. I do feel the membership is a good idea- I save about $60 on each massage. The only downside is that I never received an outline of what I signed up for. I asked for it to be emailed to me but it never was. The front desk doesn’t seem organized.

My entire experience was wonderful. Communication was excellent, the facility was warm and welcoming, the staff was friendly and professional. Stephanie was my massage therapist and I cannot say enough good things about her. I have had many massages, and she gave me one of the best ones I have ever had. She was a great listener, caring very much that she was doing the best job for me. I look forward to visiting her again.

I’ve had great experiences with some of the deep tissue therapists here, especially Majiec and Dillon. They’re excellent. That said, I was disappointed with some of the amenities. The soft face rest covers were replaced with small, rough partial covers, and cloth towels have been swapped out for paper ones. For the price, I expected a higher level of comfort and quality.
