I have no complaints with Ideal Image at Shrewsbury. I've been going here for years now!! I've gotten laser hair removal on many areas of my body and love the results! They do a great job. All the technicians are polite, friendly and so very knowledgeable on all the procedures they do there. I have also gotten Botox and will be trying Ultherapy in the next month.

I love the ideal image in Shrewsbury! The nurses are very professional and just amazing. Laser hair removal is painful but they make you as comfortable as they can and the results are definitely worth it. I’ve tried other places with different lasers for hair removal that didn’t work unfortunately, so I feel confident saying this place is the best for that treatment. The manager Leslie is fantastic!

I hadn’t been there in a few years. I had switched to their competition across the street. They are great at II. Other med spas can have a stuck up/snooty vibe. Not ideal image! Lesley is great. She didn’t even make me feel like a spaz for paying with 4 different cards!!! Lesley is great… she was there in 2020 and I was happy to walk in and find her still with II. I got wrinkle relaxers and I’m beyond pleased. I’m a stressed out single parent who works 40 plus hours per week. This quick procedure makes me look well rested and way younger. If you’re in the fence DO IT!!!! The longer you wait the more expensive the treatment (more units= more money)
