Hubley Painting & Remodeling
“Five Stars Isn't Enough!
We hired Hubley Painting & Remodeling to completely transform our 40-year-old kitchen, including painting our existing cabinets, building two custom cabinets, installing new countertops, lighting and a tile backsplash. From beginning to end, the experience exceeded my expectations.
I was honestly nervous about painting our old cherry-stained cabinetry. My biggest concern was ending up with visible brush strokes, chipped paint, or a finish that wouldn't hold up over time. I couldn't have been more wrong. The cabinet finish is absolutely flawless—perfectly smooth with no brush marks, an even sheen, and a durable topcoat that feels hard and well protected. Everyone who walks into our home comments on how beautiful the cabinets are. Most people assume they are brand new. If you're considering having your cabinets painted, look no further than Hubley Painting & Remodeling.
The quality of the work was matched only by the quality of the people.
Jake, the owner, was outstanding from our very first meeting. He listened carefully to what I wanted, explained every step of the process, answered questions thoroughly, and presented options without ever making me feel pressured. His technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that we had chosen the right company. He set the tone for the entire project with professionalism, honesty, and genuine pride in doing exceptional work.
The entire project was well organized, communication at every stage was outstanding, and everyone always knew what was happening next. Every member of the Hubley team—from the Kamil the project manager, carpenters and painters to the electrician and tile installers—was highly skilled, friendly, and respectful. They arrived on time every day, worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and always cleaned up before leaving.
The craftsmanship deserves special recognition. The custom cabinetry is beautifully built using quality hardwood materials, dovetail drawer boxes, and soft-close drawers. My brother-in-law is a retired finish carpenter whose work has long been considered among the very best. The craftsmanship of Hubley's carpenter rivaled his own.
Perhaps what impressed us most was how much everyone genuinely cared about the finished product. They treated our home with respect, took pride in every detail, and truly wanted us to be happy. By the end of the project, they felt more like trusted friends than contractors.
Kitchen renovations can be stressful, but Hubley made the entire experience as easy as possible. We now have a kitchen that is more beautiful than we ever imagined, and we would hire them again without hesitation.
If you're looking for outstanding craftsmanship, integrity, and people that truly care about quality; I recommend Hubley Painting & Remodeling without reservation.”
