These people are very rude especially the service department . They seem to feel your putting them out when you call . There service is horrible took them 4 times co.ing out to fix out problem last .. apparently a yearly service is different from. When you call them out just regularly. Of course they don't tell you this because there to busy treating like a fool when you call them.. pathetic. Looks like the owner got ack about my review so ive change my review to 4 stars . Thank you responding , and yes have a talk with the people who answer the phone In service and talk to them about respect . I had to come on today for many reasons. First and foremost, I wanna thank Al’s Oil for all the assistance that they have given me over these past few months. My Oil tank Needed to be replaced and Al’s oil was on top that immediately. They came gave me a quote and it was taken care of. Last night, my furnace stopped working. I contacted Al’s Oil this morning spoke to an amazing woman and by 10 o’clock I had Matt here helping me with my furnace. Matt was amazing. Truthfully he came in went downstairs. Checked my furnace. My thermostat everything. He showed me some pictures Of what my filters and things looked like And it wasn’t good. My oil was not red. It was... read full review

I recently had Al's Oil Service install a new furnace in my home, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team did meticulous work from start to finish. The pipe layout was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully done, with clear attention to detail that you don't always see.
What really stood out was how great they were at communicating. They took the time to walk me through all the new equipment, explaining how everything worked, what the upgrades meant for efficiency and reliability, and answering all my questions without rushing. It made me feel confident and informed about the investment.
