We had already bought the replacement part, but it was a difficult install because our washer and dryer are stacked. “My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.“
