“We had an excellent experience with this business when we called because the boot on our washing machine was torn. We had already bought the replacement part, but it was a difficult install because our washer and dryer are stacked. They were able to install the new one on the first visit the day after I called them. A few weeks later, we called back because the boot had twisted due to some loose bearings and they sent someone to fix it at no charge. “My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.“
