“My husband brought in a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that were still under warranty. Unfortunately, he had dropped them & lost a lens. He originally spoke with, I believe Emma, who contacted Maui Jim regarding the warranty. They said it would be a minimum of 3-4 weeks for the repair to be completed. During that time, my husband would be without sunglasses, a huge inconvenience. Emma took it upon herself to bring her boss into the conversation. He was originally going to try and swap out a lens from glasses they had in the shop. Instead, he replaced the glasses on the spot! They both went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. Not only are we totally satisfied, we will be customers for life and will tell everyone we know to go here. It’s not often these days to experience such exceptional service and we wanted to make sure and leave them a review!”
