My husband brought in a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that were still under warranty. Unfortunately, he had dropped them & lost a lens. He originally spoke with, I believe Emma, who contacted Maui Jim regarding the warranty. They said it would be a minimum of 3-4 weeks for the repair to be completed. During that time, my husband would be without sunglasses, a huge inconvenience. Emma took it upon herself to bring her boss into the conversation. I recently needed to be seen same day and they were able to get me in within a few hours. Excellent service, thorough exam and gave me the prescriptions and peace of mind that I needed. I love this office for their annual eye exams, and now also for their urgent care services!
