This gym is stupidly clean—like, “did they just shampoo the floors with unicorn tears?” clean. The staff are so friendly they basically hug you with their eyes (no actual hugging, thank God, I’m not ready for that level of cardio). Equipment everywhere, no wait, and the Judgement Free Zone? 100% real. I can grunt at the leg press like a confused walrus and nobody bats an eye. Black Card life is the cheat code: free guest passes so my lazy bestie can pretend to work out, massage chairs that feel like a tiny robot is kneading my soul, and tanning beds for when I want to look like I’ve been somewhere sunny (spoiler: I haven’t). This is my go to location. The staff is awesome, I always feel comfortable and welcomed. Huge shout out to Daniel who took apart the stair master to retrieve my AirPod that fell into the machine! Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you so much

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS GYM! The workers at the front (especially Lexi) always greet me every time I come in. I feel so welcomed and always have a smile on my face when walking in. The gym itself is spacious, the amenities are to die for, everything is clean and the people working out at the gym are so respectful. Machines are 10/10, locker rooms are 10/10, everything about the Saugus Planet Fitness is 100/10. I highly recommend coming to this gym if you want the full gym experience. I am really impressed with the customer service! It feels unreal but thats how Saugus Planet Fitness is and I am grateful to have found a location that suits my needs.
