Would give negative stars if possible. Upping the rent 300 in a year.
The front door to the building didn't lock for 6 mos The trash was overflowing the dumpsters. The parking lot wasn't cleared of snow. Taking half my security deposit for paint and plaster. Priceless Yea I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Decent spot. Apartment had some rookie level painting and few blemishes but fine for an apartment.
Kids playing baseball in the parking lot on numerous occasions when I came to visit. They were hitting the balls right at the cars and leaning on them. They also were running around without any regard to traffic. I'd be wary parking any car of value here.
Aside from that, they have a pool, gym, and arcade available for residents. It's also on the old danvers asylum property and one of the original buildings was renovated into apartments.

We move in two weeks ago and the service that Steven ponds provide and specifically Lora was amazing. All the process was smooth, the apartment was in perfect conditions and clean. The team is always available for questions and they prepare the welcome pack with detail. The facilities like gym, parking and package receiving are well organized. Overall I highly recommend this The Steve ponds community.

Stayed here for just over 6 months while finding a house. The apartment was clean and well thought out. The people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately because of Covid their amenities weren't fully open but they seemed well taken care of.

The office staff is always very great and helpful. Lora will make you feel right at home! They have Roberta that speaks Portugues and Lisa that speaks Spanish. They are both great girls. I highly recommend anyone to this community.

Never got back the deposit back! All they needed to do was to clean the carpet and touch up paints. Terrible management! Will never recommend to any of my friends.
