While they somewhat tend to be overpriced and slightly under experienced for very advanced networking setups, they are for sure smarter than the average person and there some accountability in having Best Buy back this IT group that will make you feel more secure about having them set it up considering how many scammers are out there as independent contractors who will sneak into your firewall post setup… So where am I going with this, if you don’t have the time to figure this out than they are a no brainer to use.
